	Is it possible to reserve a machine?
	Yes it is, but within our specified period.

	Let me know machine's condition?
	We have good technical machanics. They serve each mashine so plenty that can run very well.

	Can I check a machine?
	Yes you can. Please contact us by e-mail and inform us your favorite machine model. Then please come and check at our plant any time.

	What kind of payment method are available?
	We can only accept payment by advance T/T(telegram transfer remittance) before shipment at the present time. Also we can only accept Japanese YEN at present.

	Is there a guarantee to each machine?
	We basically offer it under the present conditions which is kept in good repair. If by any chance a problem should happen, we will make a best effort to be settled. Also the inspection report is just its reference condition.

	Let me know the nearest port.
	Kanazawa port. If the machine cannot load into a container, we can transport by roll on roll off vessel from another port or we can knock down the machin and transport by a container shipment.

	How can we confirm that you will really ship the machine?
	You can confirm by faxed B/L(bill of lading) which is issued by a shipping company. Then we will sent you original B/L by express delivery service.

Let me know what is the price which mention on this home-page ?

This plice is only machine cost and an ex-factory price. If you are inside of Japan, you have to pay consumption tax in addition. If you need for some repair or painting, special washing, any other additional work, we will ask you to pay the additional charge. If you want FOB or CFR, CIF, we will ask you to pay the additional charge. If you have any question or need for further information or want FOB or CFR or CIF price, please ask us by e-mail.

We usually use the following system.

You decide to buy a machine.
You tell us the condition about a delivery(FOB,CFR,CIF) and a payment method, a port of lading and discharge, a figure of mashine(bere or others), additional service, etc and your profile.
We qout a price.
Reaching an agreement about all condition, we fax you our signed "PROFORMA INVOICE".
After we confirm your payment, we immediately start to transport the machine. But if we cannot confirm your payment within our specified period, the agreement is automatically canceled.
We will surrender the B/L(bill of lading) which is issued by a shipping company to the shipper. Otherwise we will sent you original B/L by express delivery service. In this case, we will ask you to pay the additional charge.
The deal is concluded.
